New Snow Removal Policy

At the January 25, 2024 board meeting, the board approved a club policy for snow plowing during the winter months.

Sioux River Sportsmen’s Club does not guarantee snow removal for the driveway or parking and shooting areas of the club property. Drive onto club property at your own risk. The Club is not responsible for members who get stuck attempting to enter the club due to snowfall. The Club will do its best to plow the driveway and as much area of the range as is practical as a service to members, but it may take time to get volunteers to make this happen.

Last year, the club purchased a truck to be used for plowing, range work, spraying, and match building. Only members who are listed on the club’s insurance policy are allowed to drive the truck.
